Water Aerobics and Water Running

We offer a variety of water aerobics classes utilizing deep and shallow ends of the pool.  

Water Running and Water Aerobics class schedule:

  • Monday: 7 PM (Water Aerobics)

  • Tuesday: 9 AM (Water Aerobics)

  • Tuesday: 10 AM (Water Running, deep end/cardio)

  • Wednesday: 7 PM (Water Running, deep end/cardio)

  • Thursday: 10 AM (Water Running, deep end/cardio)

  • Friday: Noon (Water Running, deep end/cardio)

First class is free so come on in and give it a try. 

A membership ($59/month), ten visit pass ($80) or drop in fee ($15) is required to attend these classes.
